Amazon takes more space in Redmond

REDMOND — Without naming the tenant in its fourth-quarter Eastside office report, Broderick Group said that all three buildings of Redmond Hilltop had been leased. That tenant at 6222-6464 185th Ave. N.E. turns out to be Amazon, which is taking 178,957 square feet.

Broderick represented the owner, Diversified International Partners, a venture of Ascentis Real Estate Partners and Transwestern Investment Group. Kidder Mathews appears to be representing Amazon. GeekWire first connected the lease to city building permits, which describe various forms of tenant improvement work.
