Georgetown CDA plans 220 affordable units

The authority now has 395 units planned on two of its sites, with nothing yet indicated for the south property.

Last fall, in a series of related land buys, the Georgetown Community Development Authority added to its holdings along Fourth Avenue South , with three sites headed to future development as workforce housing.
