Amazon backs affordable housing project in Everett

The new owners plan upgrades and improvements to the garden apartment complex.

JLL announced yesterday that it had arranged the acquisition financing for the 123-unit Sage apartments, at 1730 112th St. S.W. in Everett. Snohomish County hasn't yet recorded the sale, but it'll end up being over $31 million.
