220 affordable units set for N. Seattle

SEATTLE — A pot shop has been, or was, the most recent tenant at 14343 15th Ave. N.E., in what some might call Olympic Hills, just east of Jackson Park Golf Course, and just south of the city line. That 1-acre property, with one or two owners, appears to be on the market.

SRM Development and its usual architect, Olson Projects, filed a midrise plan last week for a 220-unit affordable housing project.
