Alexandria puts another $72M into Bothell push

The California REIT now owns over two dozen buildings in the area.

Continuing its major push into the Bothell, Alexandria Real Estate Equities last week paid $72.5 million for the offices at 22213-22309 30th Drive S.E. Alexandria used an LLC in the deal, which Snohomish County recorded on Thursday.
