$173M sale for 286 units in Redmond

REDMOND — The fairly new Talisman, at 7405 168th Ave. N.E. in Redmond Town Center, sold yesterday for $173 million, according to King County records.

The seller was RTC 74th Property LLC, associated with Lowe, which acquired the land in 2015 for $8.5 million, then developed it.
