Kent business park sold for over $21M

KENT — A business and light-industrial complex at 823 Central Ave. N. in Kent sold for a bit under $21.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Kent Business Campus Associates LLC, which acquired the property in 2001 for $8 million.
