Mithun dials in design for 110 Ballard units, which Chinn will build

Looking roughly east, the shipyard is visible at right. Selig’s planned building is on the corner of 26th Avenue West; and Ballard Yards is indicated at left.

J. Selig Real Estate and architect Mithun have two apartment projects planned in Ballard. The first, to replace the Ballard Firestone with 122 units, has a master use permit. Colliers is now offering it for sale. Selig owns the land, which will require some cleanup.
