Feb. 16 will be the next and likely final design review, in a virtual meeting, for the apartments planned at 300 W. Republican St. in Lower Queen Anne . Koz Development is acting as its own architect for the eight-story, 169-unit proposal. Barghausen is the landscape architect and civil engineer. No detailed plan set has been filed, and no start date has been announced.
