Environmental Works designs affordable housing in Bellingham

The project will both house seniors and provide childcare.

An affordable housing project for seniors, up in Bellingham, is now in design review with the city. Environmental Works is designing the four-story, 56-unit project at 1000 N. Forest St. That's in the Sehome neighborhood, between downtown and Western Washington University.
