H Mart coming to Redmond

REDMOND — The Bed, Bath & Beyond closed a year or two after the retail portion of Redmond Town Center changed hands in 2019. The two-story building at 7589 170th Ave N.E. is vacant, but broker JSH Properties has evidently signed a new tenant: the popular Korean grocer H Mart.

H Mart and UIL Architects will brief the city on Thursday, in a virtual design review. The 24-year-old building has 37,954 square feet on its main level, plus a mezzanine and second-floor storage.
