576 Kent units trade for $149M

Developed in 1986, the nearly 30-acre complex has 576 units in 48 buildings.

Central Flats, at 1024 Central Ave. N. in Kent, just sold for $149 million, according to King County records. The seller was GPAI Rock Creek Landing LLC, associated with Grand Peaks Properties, which acquired the property in 2017 for $108 million. The garden apartments were then known as Rock Creek Landing.
