Another warehouse planned in Kent

It never ends. Or it won't end until we stop with the online shopping. There's a new Kent logistics or industrial building planned at 8445 S. 218th St., near a thicket of other warehouses — some leased by Amazon.

Carpinito Commercial owns most of the 10-acre site, having invested $4.5 million eight years ago; the owner of a vacant fourth parcel will evidently sell once final permits are in hand.
