DESC secures Burien site for supportive housing

As of now, there’s no announced schedule or budget for the project.

As anticipated, Downtown Emergency Service Center has acquired a Burien property where it's planning a permanent supportive housing project. The seller's broker, Stren Lea of Marcus & Millichap, announced the $1.9 million sale at 801 S.W. 150th St. He also attracted DESC's interest as the buyer.
