Terreno pays $13M for Eastside property

BELLEVUE — An industrial park at 11108 Northup Way and related addresses sold last week for a bit over $13 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Terreno Northup LLC. That's an entity of the large logistics and industrial REIT Terreno, always an active player in our market. No new plans have been filed.

In three related transactions, the seller was the Austin family, which had owned the property for decades.
