TWG secures funding for Grata at Totem Lake

TWG’s site is on the quiet dead end of Totem Lake Way, and a short walk to the Village at Totem Lake, with its two grocery stores.

Multifamily developer TWG announced that it has all its funding and permits lined up for Grata at Totem Lake. That Kirkland project at 12410 N.E. Totem Lake Way will have 125 affordable units in a seven-story building. The goal is to break ground later this spring, with completion in early 2024.
