235 affordable Bellevue units, backed by Microsoft, to start soon

Just before Christmas of last year, Puget Sound Hospitality sold its stalled, half-built hotel and apartment project at 991 118th Ave. S.E. in Bellevue. That's just west of Interstate 405, and a little south of the Wilburton Park & Ride.

An LLC associated with SRM Development was the buyer in that over $25.2 million deal.
