114 West Seattle units, backed by over $26M loan, to start this month

The developer hopes to break ground on the project on March 29.

Housing Diversity Corporation announced that it's the developer of a 114-unit apartment project planned at 3405 Harbor Ave. S.W., near the west end of the West Seattle Bridge. The project emerged three years ago, with STS Construction Services and architect Atelier Drome behind it. HDC is now leading the effort. All permits were secured last year, and the land sold three years ago. One old house will be removed from the property
