SEATTLE — In the University District's Greek Row area, two old rooming houses traded to a local investor in 2017 for about $2.7 million. Now there's a plan at 4715 21st Ave. N.E. to replace them with a new four-story, 30-unit apartment building.
Studio 77 filed the early proposal, which hasn't yet entered design review. There's no public indication yet that the property might be on the market, with or without a redevelopment plan attached. However, the plan was filed under a broker's name.
