Onni secures DNS for north Seattle Times block

    Onni South Lake Union, or OSLU, is the current marketing rubric for Onni Group's two-block redevelopment of the former Seattle Times property in South Lake Union. Nearing completion is the south block, with two 41-story towers. Those will have about 827 apartments — now pre-leasing — and a 272-room extended stay hotel, plus retail. Construction began there in mid to late 2017.
