Panattoni sells new Amazon-leased Maple Valley logistics center for $95M

Through an LLC, Panattoni has sold a new industrial development at 23226 Witte Road S.E. in Maple Valley. The buyer, for just over $95 million, was ElmTree Funds of St. Louis.
