Alki property sells for nearly $5M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The Duke's Seafood building, at 2516 Alki Ave. S.W., sold last week for over $4.8 million, according to King County records. The seller was CC-Watonna MN LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for about $3.4 million.

The buyer was TOCK Alki LLC, associated with the Costacos family.
