Looking rough

Over in Bellevue, SRM Development is planning three or four different apartment projects (one might be combined on neighboring properties). Project details are now emerging at 1125 102nd Ave. N.E., with Urbal Architecture designing the planned new six-story building. Local firm Deal Investments is now listed as a partner as well.
