381 Everett units trade for $119M

EVERETT — Huntington Park, at 9009 W. Mall Drive in Everett , sold last week for a bit under $118.9 million, according to Snohomish County records. The buyer was the Everett Housing Authority.

The seller was MSVEF-MF Huntington Park WA LP, associated with New York Life and Starwood. The last recorded sale to Starwood was worth $75 million in 2016. The apartments traded into a new LLC, unpriced, in 2019.
