Olson Kundig readies design for 12-story tower at Olympic Sculpture Park

In a very early massing study, the building’s T-shape is evident on its upper floors.

The Bavarian Meats corner in Belltown, overlooking Olympic Sculpture Park, sold in late 2017 to a Florida investor. Two years later, owner Blairston Associates LLC said that Olson Kundig would design a new tower at 2934 Western Ave., but the project has been quiet since then.
