Spring District's Block 13 moving toward start

Already leased to Meta (Facebook), Block 13 at the Spring District received its SEPA determination of non-significance this week from the city of Bellevue. That moves the project at 1325 123rd Ave. N.E. closer to final permits and an anticipated groundbreaking this year. Developer Wright Runstad & Co. and architect NBBJ hope to complete the building in 2024. BNBuilders is the general contractor.
