Bellis Fair mall defaults on $77M loan

The mall has about 775,160 square feet, and was last renovated in 2015.

The Bellingham Herald reported yesterday that the Bellis Fair shopping mall, at 1 Bellis Fair Parkway, has defaulted on a $77 million loan balance. The paper cites a recent credit report from DBRS Morningstar.
