Looking north, a planned village green would anchor the development. The light rail station is a few steps south of the property.

Merlone Geier Partners began planning several years ago for the arrival of light rail service in Lynnwood. (2024 is the current target date from Sound Transit.) Its old Lynnwood Square retail center, at 19800 44th Ave. W., is a few steps north of the future Lynnwood City Center Station. And it's bound for total redevelopment.
