Ankrom Moisan’s design perhaps suggests that of a French chateau in the Loire Valley.

Aegis Living paid $1.5 million in December for a nearly 1-acre Woodinville development site at 16816 140th Ave. N.E. That's immediately south of an EvergreenHealth Urgent Care facility, and a little south of downtown.
