Landmark board to review final plan for KAVU building in Old Ballard

With its white facade and storefront preserved, the KAVU building will also get a small deck on top, created by the new building setback.

A rare new building project within the Ballard Avenue Landmark District, at 5419 Ballard Ave. N.W., is still proceeding. The landmark district board will consider the final proposal on Thursday, in a virtual presentation.
