Former Pioneer Square brothel changes hands

The little building, with a colorful past, last traded in 1996.

A small old mixed-use building at 213 First Ave. S. sold last week for a bit under $4.8 million, according to King County records. The seller was Linda Ray LLC, associated with Metropolitan Management, which acquired the property in 1996 for $967,000.
