The Rocket will replace the former home to Bill the Butcher.

Demolition, shoring and excavation lasted into the winter at 4612 Stone Way N. Now the concrete basement level is being completed, and a four-story, 55-unit apartment project is nearly at grade. Alchemy Real Estate and developer Michael Pollard are behind the effort, with Cone Architecture having created the design for Clark Construction to build.
