URG sells Bainbridge retail center for over $30M

There's been a change in ownership for the Island Village shopping center, on Bainbridge Island. The open-air mall at 253 High School Road N.E. and related addresses sold to Regency Centers Corp., that firm announced. Kitsap County recorded the over $30.6 million deal this week; it closed on March 31.
