179 Ballard units prepping for first design review

Looking northwest at this massing study, Market is at top, with the junction of 24th and Shilshole at right.

The plan hasn't yet entered design review, and the property at 2401 N.W. Market St. hasn't yet sold, but prospective buyer Deal Investments is getting serious about what most would call the Market Arms corner in Ballard. Urbal Architecture filed an early plan in November; it's now been fleshed out for the first design review, which hasn't yet been scheduled. A future date sometime this spring is likely.
