Vulcan's 151 downtown Bellevue apartments look to August start

Looking west, the two retail bays will be in the center white portion of Filament East.

Get your tacos now, because time is running out at 201 106th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue . That's where Vulcan Real Estate and Encore Architects are planning what they now call Filament East, which will replace the Taco Time. That eight-story, 151-unit apartment project is now slated to break ground in August, according to recent SEPA filings. W.G. Clark Construction is now attached to the project.
