Looking roughly north up Newport, Milano will slot between two existing developments.

Three years ago, a 1.3-acre development site sold in Issaquah for $1.7 million. The property at 2300 Newport Way N.W. has an old house, which now looks to be vacant; it was most recently a veterinary clinic. The broker, Windermere, had then pitched it as a townhouse opportunity.
