At least 236 apartments coming to Covington

The site has good highway access, and is walkable to Covington’s town center area.

It's not just warehouses and industrial projects that are sprouting in Covington, in southeast King County. On a vacant and currently unaddressed 8-acre parcel, Eagle Creek Land & Development is planning what it calls Covington Commons. That's to have both townhouse and midrise components, with a total unit count of between 236 and 266 apartments.
