Looking east, the building’s ground-floor frontage would be completely reworked. The two-story addition would be visible from across First.

Based in San Francisco, Redco Development has been steadily amassing industrial properties in our market since 2019. That year it paid $8.75 million for the over century-old Nordic Cold Storage Building, at 548 First Ave. S., south of Pioneer Square (some would say the stadium district).
