Seattle Central seeks developer for new building

The slightly irregular site is just south of the west entry to Capitol Hill Station.

Seattle Central College has long planned a new campus building on what's now surface parking and bare slab at 1821 Broadway. (That address may change.) That 33,000-square-foot midblock site is immediately south of the west entry to Capitol Hill Station, and east of SCC's existing Science & Math Building. It's north of the college's Broadway Edison complex.
