Hotel Max and Hotel Theodore headed to new ownership

Benchmark Pyramid announced Monday that it will acquire the 12-hotel portfolio owned by Portland firm Provenance Hotels. Among them are the Hotel Max and Hotel Theodore, here in Seattle.
