CBRE downsizing offices within same building

Down at the street level, USBC will greet visitors with its new Cedar Hall.

Confirming an earlier report from Broderick Group, CBRE announced this week that it'll stay in U.S. Bank Centre, at 1420 Fifth Ave. It's both a move up, to the 38th and 39th floors, and a move down in square footage. CBRE will relocate in the fourth quarter to an entirely revamped 42,000 square feet.
