Coldwell Banker Bain trades again

BELLEVUE — Coldwell Banker Bain last sold, in an unpriced deal, in November. The buyer of the local and primarily residential broker was then US RES Holdco LLC, an affiliate of Houston-based title insurance company Stewart Information Services.

Now a new owner has stepped in, with details provided in a Tuesday press release. The names overlap to confusing effect. Based in New Jersey, Coldwell Banker Realty said it will buy CBB, which is based in Bellevue.
