Dermody building big biomanufacturing plant in Everett for Seagen

The new facility is expected to open in 2024.

Since paying almost $50 million for a very large Cadman Materials property in Everett, three years back, Dermody Properties has been busy. First it constructed a 146,740-square-foot logistics building that's now leased to Amazon. That's part of LogistiCenter at Mountain View.
