EverWest closes $58M W. Seattle deal

SEATTLE — Kidder Mathews previously announced its role in selling Junction Flats and Junction Landing in West Seattle, two fairly new apartment buildings with 142 units.

As the DJC reported, the seller was original developer BCK Investments. KM's Jerrid Anderson, Brandon Lawler and Dylan Simon put the deal together.
