Hudson Pacific to start 16-story office tower at WSCC addition

This perspective looks northeast up Howell, with Summit at right.

Amid all the other construction at the Washington State Convention Center addition, aka Summit, it's been hard to tell where the below-grade work ends and where the planned office tower at 1000 Olive Way begins. That will soon change, as tower construction is about to commence.
