WOODINVILLE — An unaddressed and vacant future development site , or sites, to be part of the larger mixed-use Harvest development (formerly Farmstead, formerly Woodinville Wine Village), sold late last month for $19 million, according to King County records. Five parcels have about 2.7 acres.
The seller was Wood Mountain LLC, which acquired the land during 2018-2019 as part of a larger 20-acre, $32 million assemblage.
