Lithia to add new auto sales wing to Michael's in Bellevue

The Dairy Queen and Lil’ Jon won’t be affected by the plan.

Last year Lithia Motors paid $78 million for the Michael's auto dealership property in Eastgate, plus the neighboring old Sunset Village shopping center, at 3080 148th Ave. S.E. The land totals over 14 acres, and is just north of Interstate 90.
