SRM's Knights of Columbus project breaks ground as Gridline

The north building is at right on Harvard, with the old Knights of Columbus hall on the corner; the smaller west building is at left, on Union.

SRM Development has for some four years been planning a three-building project near the Pike-Pine corridor, where Capitol Hill blurs into First Hill. The project is anchored by the landmarked Knights of Columbus building, which will become boutique offices.
