Schoolhouse District retail fully leased

WOODINVILLE — MainStreet Property Group announced that two new tenants have been secured at the developer's Schoolhouse District mixed-use project in downtown Woodinville.

The newest tenants are award-winning Washington winery Barnard Griffin and local gelato shop Nutty Squirrel. Nutty Squirrel will open its space at the northeast end of the project, across from the Old Woodinville Schoolhouse, and Barnard Griffin will open a 1,405-square-foot location at the district's Wine Walk Row.
