TechCity Bowl may become 370 units

TechCity Bowl in Kirkland, near Bridle Trails State Park, appears bound for sale and demolition. The family-owned lanes at 13033 N.E. 70th Place, plus the family's inset Pagliacci building, look to be on the market. The lanes were originally known as Totem Bowl until the name change in the late 1990s.

Weber Thompson has filed an early apartment plan on behalf of prospective buyer Mill Creek Residential, which the city is now considering. It calls for a five-story building with about 370 units, plus two levels of underground parking with 423 stalls.
